Refund Policy for Directory Listings

Effective August 2025

At Where in Vietnam, we’re proud to support local businesses and creatives through our Directory. We aim to provide clear value and visibility and part of that includes being transparent about our refund policy.

General Policy

All purchases for directory listings are non-refundable once your profile is live or confirmed for publishing. This applies to all listing plans including content packages and add-ons.

Why? Because we begin work on your listing immediately — from editorial prep and content reviews to backend setup and promotional planning.

No Refunds For:

  • Early cancellation of a listing
  • Change of mind or business direction
  • Limited results or fewer-than-expected clicks/views
  • Failure to provide required materials (e.g. images, business info) after payment

We encourage you to review your listing plan and make sure you’re ready to proceed before completing your payment.

If There’s a Problem…

If something doesn’t feel right – whether there’s a tech issue, display error, or you didn’t receive the experience you expected – please get in touch. While we can’t issue refunds, we’re committed to working with you to make it right, at our discretion whether through:

  • Adjusting content or images
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Offering a credit toward future services (case-by-case)

Pre-Launch Cancellations

If you paid for a listing but changed your mind before your profile was published, you may request to cancel within 48 hours of payment for a partial credit (minus admin/processing fees). After that, your listing is considered in progress and the refund policy applies in full.
